Constantin Brecht advises national and international clients in the area of Intellectual Property Law and Copyright Law. One focus is on the development and implementation of international strategies for the trademark prosecution and defense. He also especially advises on the litigation of trademark and design infringements, contractual coverage of property rights and laws against unfair competition practices. In addition, he has long year experience concerning questions of contract design in the area of copyright and personality rights, especially for the advertising sector.
