Florian Henke specializes in patent, utility model and design law, in particular advising medium-sized and large companies on the strategic placement of intellectual property rights, including the drafting of patent and design applications and their representation up to grant. 

He has extensive experience in complex opposition and nullity proceedings, often with parallel infringement proceedings. In addition, Florian Henke provides expert opinions on the validity, infringement and circumvention of patents.

Studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Barcelona (diploma 2007); Research as a member of the Emmy Noether group “Multi-scale methods for turbulent premixed combustion” at the Chair of Computational Mechanics at the Technical University of Munich (doctorate 2012).

Legal training at Meissner Bolte in Munich, at the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Patent Court and the District Court of Mannheim.
