In the current issue of the medical technology trade journal DeviceMed, an interview with patent attorney Dr Katrin Winkelmann and attorney Dr Tilman Müller has been published. In it, they explain the current challenges of patent protection in networked medicine and give recommendations for action to protect against attacks by international competitors and patent exploiters.
