Tilman Müller is specialized in patent infringement proceedings and parallel nullity proceedings. He has special expertise in complex international infringement proceedings, involving more than two parties as well as SEP and related antitrust issues. Furthermore, Tilman Müller has extensive experience in IP-related arbitration proceedings as well as in the judicial enforcement of license agreements. 

Another focus of his work are contracts in intellectual property law, in particular conception and implementation of license programs as well as R&D agreements. Tilman Müller also advises several international standardization organizations on contract law issues. 

Tilman Müller's clients include companies from various sectors and industries, such as consumer electronics, lighting, medical and communications technology as well as chemicals. 

Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers ranks Tilman Müller as one of Germany’s best lawyers 2019 in the field of Intellectual Property Law.

Studied law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the National University of Singapore with focus on European Law, First State Examination in law taken in 2005, conferral of a Phd in law in 2008, practical training in Hamburg and Berlin, Second State Examination in law taken in 2010, admission as attorney-at-law 2010.

Joined Eisenführ Speiser in 2011, previously as an attorney at CMS Hasche Sigle in the area of IP and Life Science.
