On behalf of our client Sisvel, the litigation team led by the lawyers Volkmar Henke and Sönke Scheltz as well as the patent attorneys Jochen Ehlers and Desiree Heintz obtained an injunction against Wiko in the mobile phone dispute before the Mannheim Regional Court. The judgement is considered to point the way for the future practice of the Mannheim Regional Court in SEP disputes.
