At this year's Managing IP Awards, Eisenführ Speiser was honoured with the “Impact Case of the Year” Award for its work in the Sisvel vs. Haier case. Jochen Ehlers and Dr Désirée Heintz were significantly involved in two landmark decisions on SEP and Frand disputes before the Federal Supreme Court on behalf of Sisvel.
