Eisenführ Speiser and Deutsche Börse Venture Network have entered into a partnership cooperation. The aim of the cooperation is to support and advise the young growth companies in the Deutsche Börse Venture Network in all matters of intellectual property.
With the Deutsche Börse Venture Network, Deutsche Börse is making a significant contribution to the growth ecosystem in Germany. With its specially developed offering, the network brings young companies together with investors and provides growth expertise. Deutsche Börse is thus focusing its expertise on a pre-IPO area in order to facilitate companies' access to capital and support innovation here as well.
"With Eisenführ Speiser, we are offering our members a partner with a focus on intellectual property for the first time," explains Peter Fricke, Head of Deutsche Börse Venture Network. "Young technology-driven start-ups in particular will benefit from this cooperation. Intellectual Property primarily supports entrepreneurial planning security or legal protection against patent infringements and plagiarism."
Manuel Söldenwagner, patent attorney and partner at Eisenführ Speiser: "We are very pleased about this perfect match. For years, we have been working extensively for start-ups and various VCs, giving IP strategy workshops, organizing events especially for the start-up scene and supporting founders, young companies and investors in all IP matters - whether in IP due diligence or overall from the pre-seed phase to the exit and beyond. The cooperation with Deutsche Börse, especially the Venture Network, ideally complements our activities in this area."
Investor talks, start-up trainings and expert sessions are planned as part of the cooperation.
