Dr Michael Schneider moves to Eisenführ Speiser

IP law firm Eisenführ Speiser continues its strategic growth: Dr Michael Schneider (51), attorney-at-law, will be reinforcing the firm’s team in Munich with effect from 1 May 2021.

Dr Schneider’s specialty is representing clients in patent infringement and revocation disputes, primarily in the high-tech and medical products industries, as well as advising on related forensic and contractual matters. He also has many years of experience with standard-essential patents in the fields of mobile communication and automotive engineering. His clients include U.S. and other international firms operating in said industries, which he advises, represents and supports in a coordinating capacity in cross-border disputes.

As an attorney-at-law, Dr Schneider has worked exclusively in the IP and patents field since 2000. He is now moving from Pinsent Masons, before which he worked as a partner in the Munich offices of firms with international operations and Networks.
