Linda Albertsen advises and represents her clients with passionate commitment and foresight in all matters of intellectual property law.

She specialises in litigation and dispute resolution in trademark law, design law, competition law and copyright law.

In addition to the national and international enforcement and defence of intellectual property rights in official and court proceedings, strategic advice is another focus of Linda Albertsen's practice.

Linda Albertsen also advises companies on the development, management and expansion of their trademark and design portfolios. Furthermore, she has extensive experience in the legal support of product launches and advertising campaigns.

Linda Albertsen is a board member of the German Association for Intellectual Property Law (GRUR) of the regional group Bavaria. She is also a member of the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA) and is active in the Mediation Committee.
