In cooperation with the media services “Lexology” and “IAM Patent 1000”, attorney Dr Volkmar Henke will hold a webinar on the licensing of standard essentiell patents together with Stefan Geyersberger (Head of Patents and Licensing, Fraunhofer IIS) and Elisabeth Opie (Principal Solicitor, Office of Elisabeth Opie). A special focus will be on FRAND conditions in German and European jurisdiction.
