The International Trade Commission (ITC) plays a central role in enforcing IP rights in the US and is becoming increasingly popular due to its expeditious proceedings and effective enforcement options. It is therefore particularly important for companies doing business in the US to familiarise themselves with the relevant proceedings.

In a two-part seminar series, ITC experts Libbie DiMarco and Greg Corbett from the US law firm Wolf Greenfield, in collaboration with Eisenführ Speiser, will provide practical insights into proceedings before the ITC.

The seminar series is structured as follows:

Part 1 – Basics of ITC proceedings: Thursday, 4 September 2025, 3 p.m., online via Zoom

Part 2 – Successful tactics in ITC proceedings: Tuesday, 30 September 2025, 2:00 p.m., on site at Eisenführ Speiser in Bremen or online via Zoom
