In the dispute over a process for the production of sustainable cleaning agents based on rapeseed oil, client Werner & Mertz is currently suing Swiss company Good Soaps. The defendant is alleged to have stolen the idea for its innovation from the German company, which owns the well-known cleaning agent brand "Frosch". Eisenführ Speiser coordinates the proceedings and supports the Swiss law firm Rentsch Partner AG on the patent attorney side. A verdict is expected in the coming months.
