The Interdisciplinary Centre for Intellectual Property at the University of Mannheim organises a specialist forum on patent law at Mannheim Baroque Palace on 24 November 2022.

Joining Dr. Klaus Bacher, Presiding Judge at the German Federal Court of Justice, and Dr. Peter Tochtermann, Judge at the Unified Patent Court, Dr. Christine Cirl will speak on the topic of opt-out with regard to the upcoming Unitary Patent.

The forum will take place as a hybrid event.
