Philipp Rastemborski advises our clients comprehensively on intellectual property law, with a particular focus on patent law, licensing, and antitrust matters. His core expertise lies in managing cross-border patent infringement litigation, IP-related arbitration, and parallel validity proceedings before national courts, the German Federal Patent Court, the European Patent Office, and the Unified Patent Court (UPC). His technical focus areas include medical technology, electronics, telecommunications, and computer-implemented inventions.
