Together with representatives of other European law firms, Dr Michael Schneider will be holding the panel session on "Doctrine of equivalents: Can the prior art infringe?" at this year's AIPPI World Congress.

The panel will review and discuss the development of the equivalence jurisprudence of the European courts, particularly in light of the 2017 Pemetrexed decisions in England and Germany (Actavis v. Eli Lilly).
