In the current issue of "EPLP - European Patent Litigation in Practice", Christine Cirl, Sönke Scheltz and Michael Schneider have published an article entitled "Locked-out Before the UPC's doors: Temporal Scope of Art. 83(4) UPCA and R. 5.8 RoP".
