Dr Isabel Schellinger is co-founder and CEO of Eisenführ Speiser client Angiolutions GmbH and was already named to Forbes' 2018 list of the 30 most important people under 30 in the field of "Science & Healthcare". With her company, she developed the world's first implant for treating smaller abdominal aortic aneurysms, which could save the lives of thousands of people in the future. 

Patent attorney Fabian Fegers submitted the nomination for the award.
