With the Trade Mark and Design Education Programme (ETMD EP) the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante is offering its own training programme for IP practitioners. The ten-month course covers all aspects of EU trade mark and community design law, focusing on lawsuits before the EUIPO and European courts.

Dr. Sandra Müller, Certified Intellectual Property Attorney at Eisenführ Speiser will be involved in that programme as a lecturer. Her topics are position marks, store design and unfair competition.
