Robert Büchner has particular professional experience dealing with the drafting, prosecution, enforcement and defence of German, European and international intellectual property rights. Another core area is attacking and defending patents, in opposition, appeal and revocation proceedings.
In addition, Robert Büchner has particular expertise in the evaluation of standard-essential patents and is experienced in the preparation of infringement and validity opinions. He advises a wide range of clients, from start-ups to universities and medium-sized companies to international corporations.
