Lennert Thormählen has extensive experience in the drafting, prosecution, enforcement and defence of German, European and international technical intellectual property rights. A particular focus of his practice lies in opposition, appeal and nullity proceedings – both on the attacking and defending side.
In addition, Lennert Thormählen has particular expertise in the evaluation of standard-essential patents (SEPs) as well as experience in drafting infringement and validity opinions. He advises a wide range of clients, from start-ups and universities to mid-sized companies and international corporations.
