He has extensive experience in drafting, prosecution and enforcement of patents and utility models and advises start-ups and young companies on the development and management of patent portfolios.
Dominik Heeschen advises his clients in all questions of patent law. This includes Freedom To Operate and infringement opinions as well as patent portfolio and patent mapping analyses.
He is a lecturer for patent law at the "Nordakademie - Hochschule der Wirtschaft" near Hamburg and regularly gives lectures on patent law.
