Christoph Norrenbrock studied electrical engineering and information technology at RWTH Aachen University with emphases on audio and image signal processing and communication technology; diploma thesis in the field of signal enhancement for hearing aids; graduation in 2009; further research activity since 2010 at Kiel University in cooperation with the Technical University of Berlin with emphases on digital speech-signal processing, speech synthesis, model-based quality estimation and machine learning; doctorate in engineering sciences in 2014.    

Patent-attorney training with the IP firm Manitz Finsterwald in Munich including legal studies at the Distance-Learning University of Hagen and training periods at the Mannheim District court, the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA), and the Federal Patent Court (BPatG) in Munich; Admissions as German patent attorney since 2017 and as European patent attorney since 2019. Joined Eisenführ Speiser in 2020.
