Rainer Fritsche
Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney, European Trade Mark and Design Attorney
Studied Engineering and Business Administration in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt, specialising in design, machine tools and turbo-engines. Graduated with Master’s degree in 1985.
Patent Attorney since 1989.
Legal training as a patent attorney at Beyer & Jochem in Frankfurt, at the German Patent and Trademark Office and the German Patent Court in Munich, and at the Frankfurt/Main Upper District Court.
At Eisenführ Speiser since 1995; Partner since 1998, member of the management board of Eisenführ Speiser.
Rainer Fritsche has special experience in patent and trademark infringement proceedings, patent revocation proceedings, trademark cancellation proceedings and in writing and defending national, European and international patents, trademarks and designs before the competent authorities and courts. In addition to his patent attorney work, Rainer Fritsche is also an honorary judge for patent attorney matters at Munich District Court I.
