Nicol Ehlers has specialised in the entire field of trademark and competition law. In addition to drafting national and international trademark applications and managing trademark portfolios, Nicol Ehlers advises clients on licensing and contractual issues. A key focus of Nicol Ehlers’ advisory work involves elaborating efficient trademark registration strategies. She has special expertise in trademark infringement litigation, on both the plaintiff and defendant side, as well as in representing trademark proprietors in border confiscation procedures.
