Undergraduate studies of chemistry and biochemistry as well as Master of Science in chemistry at Ludwig-Maximilian-University (LMU) Munich. PhD at the institute of inorganic chemistry of the University of Zurich (UZH) in the field of bioinorganic chemistry with a focus on metal sensing RNA.

Legal training between 2012 and 2015 at Eisenführ Speiser, at the Distance-Learning University of Hagen, at a chamber for patent infringement matters at the Regional Appeal Court Munich, at the German Patent and Trademark Office and at the Federal Patent Court; Patent Attorney (Germany) since 2016.

In her role as patent attorney, Maximiliane Korth supports clients in the field of chemistry, in particular organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, industrial chemistry and metallurgy as well as biochemistry, biotechnology and microbiology. She has professional experience in drafting, prosecuting and enforcing German, European and international intellectual property rights, including opposition proceedings, as well as in preparing legal opinions.
