Studied at the Bergische University in Wuppertal (BUGH), graduating as a Master of Engineering in microelectronics, including periods of study at the University of Bath, England, research activities at the University of Chile in Santiago, Chile, specialising in microelectronics and semiconductor technology.

Legal training at Eisenführ Speiser (Bremen) since 1999, participation in the “Law for Patent Attorneys” course at the Distance-Learning University of Hagen from 1999 to 2001, training periods at the Distance-Learning University of Hagen, the German Patent and Trademark Office and the German Patent Court in 2002.

Patent Attorney since 2003, European Patent Attorney since 2004; Partner.

In his role as patent attorney, Marc Gültzow mainly supports clients from the electrical engineering field, and especially from the fields of microelectronics, microprocessor systems, regenerative energy production and electrical home automation. He has special professional experience in drafting, managing and enforcing German, European and international patent applications, as well as in design law and in the development of intellectual property strategies.
